TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between

PLAY AND LOVE TRADING LTD.

and customers via the website www.barbara-weber.com.

The offer is directed to consumers and businesses worldwide.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Provider offers digital products and individual services via the website.

Digital products may include, in particular:

  • PDF documents

  • digital reports

  • audio files

  • other digital content

Individual services may include, in particular:

  • personal evaluations

  • individual analyses

  • digital consulting services

  • customized energy-based assessments

The specific scope of services is defined in the respective product description on the website.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.

The contract is concluded when the Provider sends an order confirmation by email or makes the purchased service available.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website, including:

  • Credit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Other payment methods offered via Stripe

Payment processing is carried out by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Access to digital content or the processing of individual services will only occur after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered:

  • via download

  • by email

  • or through access to a protected area

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Provider does not owe permanent availability of digital content.

6. Individual Services

Individual services consist of personally created content based on the information provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for the performance of the service.

Individual services are delivered digitally (e.g., by email or download).

No specific outcome or success is guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, they generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • the customer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires, and

  • the customer confirms that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.

For individually created services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All digital content provided is protected by copyright.

The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, publication, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Liability

The Provider shall be fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations.

The Provider does not guarantee specific results.

The services offered do not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
