4. Booking, Payment & Delivery
All bookings are processed through the online shop.
Payment must be completed before any service is delivered.
For written or digital services (e.g., scans), delivery takes place via email to the address you provide during checkout.
PLAY AND LOVE TRADING LTD. may refuse orders if necessary (e.g., incomplete data or misuse).

5. No Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a service, you expressly agree that:
• delivery begins immediately, and
• you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun or digital work has been started.
This applies to all online sessions, digital analyses, Energy Mapping™ scans, and personalized content.
There is no refund once work has started.

6. Rescheduling Policy for Live Sessions
If your service includes a live session, you may reschedule once if:
• you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are fully charged.
